Should your insurance company not offer direct billing, payment for your treatment will be required at the time of service. The health care company will reimburse your claim once the receipt is submitted and following their standard processes.
ICBC
Currently, we are unable to accept new clients from ICBC. However, existing clients with ICBC claims are welcome. Inner Light Studio can directly bill ICBC for massage therapy services if you have a valid claim number.
For massage therapy expenses, ICBC fully covers the costs within 12 weeks following a motor vehicle accident. After this period, approval is required, and ICBC typically provides partial payment.
Cancellations
Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. To help us serve you best, please let Lisa know of any changes or cancellations as early as possible. Providing at least 24 hours’ notice allows us to offer that time to another client and helps you avoid the full appointment fee.
We’re happy to send appointment reminders as a courtesy, but we kindly ask that clients take responsibility for their reserved time.
